With more than 125 years of collective experience in the residential construction industry, Sherwood's management team is committed to quality and excellence in every area of design, construction and service. We offer an exceptional level of customer service to ensure the satisfaction of all our homeowners.

Abe Ratzlaff, Vice President/Consultant - Since 1965, the senior Ratzlaff has built over 1,300 residential units and today, as one of the larger investors, gives valuable advice for the project. 

Helen Ratzlaff, Design consultant – For almost four decades, Helen has designed and drafted the majority of homes built by Harwood Homes. 

Keldon Ratzlaff, President/Project Manager- Responsible for land assembly and development, subdivision design and marketing, Keldon brings a strong set of people skills and significant experience in large residential developments.

Melanie Ratzlaff, BSc., Office Manager/Secretary -  Melanie brings to the team strong organizational skills, responsible for all day to day correspondence for the project. 

Terry Ratzlaff, Construction Superintendent – With over 25 years of residential construction experience, Terry manages the construction of each home and is on site daily making sure schedules are met and quality is kept to the team’s high standards. 

Ruth Ratzlaff, Designer – Ruth has a natural talent for interior and exterior design which is apparent by all the previous homes that she and Terry have built, including the very one in which they live!
John, Jesse, and Jairus Ratzlaff, Labourers – As the 5th Generation in the building business, these hard working young men are carrying on the Ratzlaff tradition.
